These stretchy leggings are "one size fits all". They will fit Newborn up to about age 8 (sometimes older than that depending on the size of the child). They will fit a baby's entire leg, and as they get older it fits less of the leg. A 4 year old would be thigh or knee down, depending on the child's length. They will fit an 8 yr old right below the knee or can be used on the arms as well.
